Bacciardi Partners and Rete PMI Romagna announce the launch of a collaboration aimed at providing local businesses with concrete tools to face the challenges of dimensional growth: from extraordinary transactions and expansion into foreign markets, to the organisational and digital evolution of the enterprise.
“The value of this partnership,” stated Lorenzo Bacciardi, CEO of Bacciardi Partners, “lies in connecting our international experience with the entrepreneurial tradition of Romagna. Here, businesses are not only economic engines, but the expression of a deeply rooted and practical culture of doing—one that has generated widespread prosperity and social cohesion. Our collaboration with Rete PMI Romagna was created to support this identity, offering tools capable of transforming local vocation into opportunities for growth and for opening up to global markets.”
“Romagna is a territory characterised by dynamic enterprises, capable of innovating and engaging with foreign markets. Through this collaboration, we intend to support them with concrete tools and integrated expertise, fostering long-term growth paths,” stated Luca Bettini, President of Rete PMI Romagna. “Our goal is to provide companies with knowledge, skills, and technical instruments that can support and strengthen the competencies already present within their organisations—competencies which, in today’s constantly evolving world, require continuous updating. The latest initiative we have launched is the Academy,” Bettini continued, “a high-level managerial training project that combines specialised quality with accessibility for local businesses. In this context, we have involved Bacciardi Partners in two training days during which their professionals, as lecturers, will contribute their experience to the transfer of technical expertise in the field of internationalisation, supporting managers and employees in developing new capabilities.”
The first training course, “Businesses and Foreign Markets: Strategies and Tools for Safe Growth,” has just concluded in Cesena, providing companies with a practical and strategic approach to consolidating their presence in international markets. The second session, scheduled for 28 January 2026 and dedicated to “The Industrial Plan for Growth Planning Abroad,” will offer businesses a clear and operational overview of how to draft an industrial plan for international expansion, with a specific focus on market analysis, strategy definition, action plan development, and business plan structuring.
A dedicated help desk on customs duties and customs-related matters has also been activated, designed as an operational support point for Romagna-based companies dealing daily with the complexities of international trade.
This partnership is born in Romagna and for Romagna, through a concrete commitment to supporting local businesses—so that they may strengthen their identity, innovate, and confidently open themselves to international markets.
