Bacciardi Partners assisted Agrienergetica S.r.l. – a company based in Urbino active in the Energy sector – in the completion of the transfer of 100% of the share capital of its subsidiary Sirio S.r.l. in favor of Madre Holding S.p.A., a special purpose company of the Undo Adunanza S.p.A. group, a leader in Italy in the construction, acquisition, and management of plants for the production of energy from renewable sources.
