The newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore dedicated an article to the process of services integration through the “melting of competences” realised in Bacciardi Partners.
In the field of business law consulting, in order to respond comprehensively to the market and companies’ needs, it is necessary to integrate legal competences through the offer of multidisciplinary services at 360 degrees.
For this purpose, over the last year we at Bacciardi Partners have “melted” our skills through a process of multidisciplinary services integration with the entry of a number of new strategic professionals, including:
- an M&A Advisor, in the person of Mr. Renato Capanna, i.e. a business consultant operating in the Corporate Finance Area who manages the scouting of extraordinary operations of a corporate and/or financial nature and takes care of their economic-financial and industrial aspects;
- a Custom Broker, in the person of Ms. Cristina Piangatello, i.e. an operative technical consultant in the Export Control and Customs Law Areas, who manages the customs, procedural and administrative aspects related to the international movement of goods;
- and yet, in a strategic business logic, an HR Director, in the person of Ms. Antonella Lanzani, with the objective of developing a managerial approach and creating empowerment of skills, as well as to integrate the services rendered to companies, especially in the area of family business and generational transitions.
