On Wednesday 2 April 2025 – 3.00 – 6.00 p.m., professionals Tommaso Fonti, LL.M., Antonella Lanzani and Valeria Zega will hold a conference entitled ‘Management of the overseas assignment of employees in international contracts and subcontracts’, organised by the Provincial Union of the National Association of Labour Consultants (ANCL) of Pesaro-Urbino in collaboration with the Provincial Order of Labour Consultants of Pesaro-Urbino and Bacciardi Partners.

The execution of an international contract/subcontract requires the sending of employees of the Italian company to the construction site abroad, so that these employees can physically carry out the activities that are the object of the contract/subcontract.

On this point, the speakers will illustrate the labour, immigration, social security and tax aspects connected to sending Italian personnel to the foreign site, for the purposes of executing the contract/subcontract.

The training module will have an extremely practical slant. Ample time will be given for answering questions from participants.
