She is a member of AGI – Italian Employment Lawyers Association, Tuscany Chapter.

Since 2017, she has been working with U.S. law firms, particularly in the State of Florida, assisting Italian companies in their international expansion and in the transfer of employees to the United States.

She has spoken at several conferences and authored various articles and papers on employment law and global mobility.
