Arbitration has proved to be not not only an alternative to litigation but, above all, a more suitable tool for resolving commercial disputes.
Arbitration is a short rite, with reduced procedural formalities, managed by arbitrators with high technical as well as legal skills, capable of issuing a decision consistent with the facts and usable by the parties. In the majority of commercial disputes, both domestic and international, arbitration offers better avenues for resolution than ordinary state jurisdiction.
