In this regard, it is crucial for directors and HR managers to be acquainted with the new provisions regarding the tax residency of companies and individuals, in order to anticipate and avoid the critical issues that may arise.
It is also important to understand the new regulations of the inbound expatriates tax regime, in order to properly manage the tax implications of repatriating previously assigned personnel from abroad, and the new advantageous tax regime for the relocation of economic activities to Italy.
The speakers will illustrate the innovations introduced by the reform, as well as the similarities and differences compared to the previous regulations, focusing on possible risks for Italian companies and how to avoid them.
