Bacciardi Partners has advised the shareholders of Delta Chiodatrici e Impianti Costruzione Pallet S.R.L.<\/a>, a company based in Bologna that produces machinery for the construction of pallets (“Delta”), in the sale of the entire share capital in favour of Refa Srl, a company belonging to the Clevertech group of Reggio Emilia.<\/p>\n Through this transaction, the Clevertech group, a leader in the design, production and sale of integrated end-of-line solutions, continues its growth plan by external lines and consolidates its position in the so-called “packaging valley”, the area of Reggio Emilia where the main companies specializing in the production of tools and machinery for the packaging sector are located.<\/p>\n As part of the transaction, the sellers will continue to be involved in the management of the company, to guarantee and maintain the added value of experience and high specialization in the production of the machinery.
