E-commerce continues to represent a strategic lever for Italian companies aiming to grow and increase their revenue.<\/p>\n

Therefore, understanding tax and customs regulations is essential to operate successfully in the digital landscape and fully seize the opportunities offered by online sales.<\/p>\n

During the webinar, the speakers will illustrate, in a practical and operational way, with concrete examples and case studies:<\/p>\n

\u2022 The tax aspects of e-commerce: managing VAT in direct and indirect e-commerce, the use of OSS and IOSS systems to simplify VAT formalities and obligations, and the main challenges related to direct taxation in e-commerce;<\/p>\n

\u2022 The customs aspects of e-commerce: customs requirements for indirect e-commerce and the simplifications for managing return procedures, such as the Easy Free Back system.<\/p>\n

The goal of the webinar is to provide companies with all the necessary information to correctly and effectively manage operations related to e-commerce, in compliance with tax and customs regulations.<\/p>\n
