On Wednesday 2 April 2025 – 3.00 – 6.00<\/b> p.m., professionals Tommaso Fonti<\/b>, LL.M.<\/a>, Antonella Lanzani<\/b><\/a> and Valeria Zega<\/b><\/a> will hold a conference entitled \u2018Management of the overseas assignment of employees in international<\/b> contracts and subcontracts\u2019, organised by the Provincial Union of the National Association of Labour Consultants<\/b> (ANCL<\/b>) of Pesaro-Urbino in collaboration with the Provincial Order of Labour Consultants of Pesaro-Urbino<\/b> and Bacciardi Partners<\/b>.<\/p>\n

\"fotoOne of the main internationalisation opportunities for companies is the acquisition of contracts\/subcontracts<\/b> for the construction of works and\/or the supply and installation of systems abroad.<\/p>\n

The execution of an international contract\/subcontract requires the sending of employees of the Italian company to the construction site abroad<\/b>, so that these employees can physically carry out the activities that are the object of the contract\/subcontract.<\/p>\n

On this point, the speakers will illustrate the labour, immigration, social security and tax aspects connected to sending Italian personnel to the foreign site, for the purposes of executing the contract\/subcontract.<\/p>\n
