Our collaboration with Rete PMI Romagna was created to support this identity, offering tools capable of transforming local vocation into opportunities for growth and for opening up to global markets.\u201d<\/p>\n

Through this collaboration, we intend to support them with concrete tools and integrated expertise, fostering long-term growth paths,\u201d stated Luca Bettini, President of Rete PMI Romagna. \u201cOur goal is to provide companies with knowledge, skills, and technical instruments that can support and strengthen the competencies already present within their organisations\u2014competencies which, in today\u2019s constantly evolving world, require continuous updating. The latest initiative we have launched is the Academy<\/strong><\/a>,\u201d Bettini continued, \u201ca high-level managerial training project that combines specialised quality with accessibility for local businesses. In this context, we have involved Bacciardi Partners in two training days during which their professionals, as lecturers, will contribute their experience to the transfer of technical expertise in the field of internationalisation, supporting managers and employees in developing new capabilities.\u201d<\/p>\n

The first training course, \u201cBusinesses and Foreign Markets: Strategies and Tools for Safe Growth,\u201d has just concluded in Cesena, providing companies with a practical and strategic approach to consolidating their presence in international markets. The second session, scheduled for 28 January 2026 and dedicated to \u201cThe Industrial Plan for Growth Planning Abroad,\u201d will offer businesses a clear and operational overview of how to draft an industrial plan for international expansion, with a specific focus on market analysis, strategy definition, action plan development, and business plan structuring.<\/p>\n

A dedicated help desk on customs duties and customs-related matters has also been activated, designed as an operational support point for Romagna-based companies dealing daily with the complexities of international trade.<\/p>\n
