Starting from this year, Bacciardi Partners has strengthened its commercial, corporate, and tax litigation through the enhancement of internal resources and the entry of new professionals.
The decision to reinforce the Litigation & Arbitration division is a relevant part of Bacciardi Partners’ industrial plan for the period 2023 – 2027, which is currently being implemented.
This plan originates from the desire to meet the needs of businesses, understand their requirements, and provid them with strategic advice in an evolving perspective of Litigation & Arbitration assistance, primarily aimed at preventing issues beforehand and effectively addressing them should they arise.
As a result of this strengthening, the Litigation & Arbitration division currently consists of:
- a team coordinated by Founding Partner Enzo Bacciardi and composed of Senior Associate Gianluca Bastianelli, dedicated to national and transnational litigation in the commercial, corporate, labor, and IP sectors, operating both before state jurisdictions and before Italian and international arbitration courts;
- a team coordinated by Partner Tommaso Mancini, dedicated to outbound transnational litigation in the international trade sector and international business credit recovery;
- a team coordinated by Partner Tommaso Fonti and composed by the of counsels Federico Fonzi and Elisa Faenza, dedicated to tax litigation.
The Litigation & Arbitration teams benefit from an extensive network of international law firms present in over 165 countries, through which they are able to provide procedural assistance abroad, in both judicial and arbitration proceedings.
The Managing Partner Lorenzo Bacciardi confirms to be extremely satisfied and confident about the future development of the practice, as “the Litigation & Arbitration division of Bacciardi Partners is now equipped with the structure, resources, and expertise to assist clients in all areas of corporate litigation before any domestic and foreign jurisdiction, both state and arbitral.”
