With the arrival of Federico Alessandri, a lawyer expert in Corporate Compliance, Bacciardi Partners has established a new service area in Integrated Compliance. This area will focus on the preparation and updating of organizational, management, and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, health and safety measures in the workplace (Legislative Decree 81/2008), privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, whistleblowing, and antitrust compliance. This new division will be managed by Alessandri himself, supported by Managing Partner Lorenzo Bacciardi.
The addition of Federico Alessandri will also allow Bacciardi Partners to extend and consolidate its expertise in the field of New Technologies Law, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the Digital Market Act (DMA), Cybersecurity, and IoT.
Federico Alessandri began his career at the Bologna office of a leading international law firm, specializing in various sectors of corporate law (commercial contracts, corporate M&A, Privacy/Data Protection, and Organizational Models pursuant to Legislative Decrees 231/2001 and 81/2008). After further experience at a prominent international law firm operating between Italy and the Republic of San Marino, he decided to establish his own law firm in 2018. His goal was to offer comprehensive assistance to Italian companies in the emerging sector of Corporate Compliance and new technologies law.
