In the food sector, corporate liability does not arise only at the moment of sale. It arises earlier, during product management and in the handling of the information accompanying it throughout the supply chain.

Errors in traceability, labeling, or documentation management can lead to legal disputes, product recalls, customs blocks, or commercial litigation, with significant consequences for the company and the value of its brand.

The webinar adopts an integrated approach to risk management in international food operations. It starts from product compliance, moves to contractual protection in commercial relationships, and addresses customs aspects and market access.

Through the contribution of professionals specialized in different areas, the session will provide companies with legal and operational tools to prevent risks and strengthen the security of export operations.

A final Q&A session is included.
