Within I Quaderni del Gruppo ASLA di Diritto d’Impresa, the research study entitled “W&I Policies”, edited by Diego Rufini, has been published. The publication also includes contributions from Bacciardi Partners professionals Avv. Pier Federico Orciari – Head of Corporate Law and Dott.ssa Giulia Belardinelli – Trainee Corporate Law, with a section dedicated to the technical and legal aspects of W&I policies.
The work aims to provide an overview of the institution of Warranty and Indemnity Insurance, where corporate law issues and strictly insurance-related issues intersect, with the hope of offering a contribution that may, on a theoretical level, foster a deeper understanding of a hybrid legal instrument and, on a practical level, serve as a useful “companion” during the negotiation and drafting of contractual clauses.
